All products purchased on are shipped by Edart srls based in Via Castagneto, Parco Leone c / o TPM - 04023 Formia (Lt) - Italy.

Upon receipt of the order a confirmation e-mail will be sent. The ikù will be realized within 1/3 working days (production time) if the same was done before 11:00, or 1/3 working days after the following working day if it was made after 11:00 . Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday will be made in 1/3 working days starting from the following Monday.

Shipments are made exclusively with the courier SDA (Crono International outside of Italy), to ensure fast deliveries and traced, with the utmost respect for the goods. SDA at the time of the withdrawal issues a unique shipping code, which will be promptly sent by e-mail together with the notification of the shipment, and which will allow you to follow the path of your order from our store to your home, through the online service tracking available on the courier's website.

Delivery times on the national territory, except for unforeseen events, range from 2 to 3 working days, with the exception of orders to destinations that are difficult to reach such as Venice, Sardinia, Sicily, mountain resorts, smaller islands, extreme suburbs, for which the shipment can take up to 3/4 working days.

For orders under € 50, shipping costs will be € 5.99

For orders over € 50, shipping costs will be FREE (only for shipments on Italian territory)

N.B. Shipping on delivery (payment on delivery) provides a fixed surcharge of € 2.97 (only for shipments on Italian territory)

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during hours 9-13 / 14-18 and makes the first delivery without notice. In the case of an absent recipient, the courier will leave a notification of attempted delivery and will resume the next working day. If on this occasion the recipient is absent, the courier will try to contact the recipient to schedule a new delivery date. If the customer service of the courier does not succeed in contacting the customer during the following 5 days or in case of a further absence of the recipient at the scheduled delivery, the products will be returned to Edart srls, with consequent cancellation of the order and debit of the costs of shipping to the customer.

Upon receipt of the package you must verify that the package is perfectly closed, intact, not damaged, not wet, not altered (also in the closing materials such as adhesive tape and / or metal straps). Each package is closed by adhesive tape. We invite our customers NOT TO WITHDRAW the package and to notify us by e-mail or registered the anomaly, if the packaging is not intact or the adhesive tape is tampered with. Any damage must immediately be contested to the courier, otherwise the product will be considered regularly delivered, and in this case ikuart will not be held responsible for any damage to the goods or missing products. Purchases made on the website are regulated by Italian law regarding mail order sales. In the event of an error in the purchase, or in case of purchase of unwanted goods, or otherwise not in compliance with the order placed, the customer has 15 working days (from the date of delivery of the goods) to exercise the right of withdrawal, that is, the possibility to return the items and be reimbursed for the expense.

The return of the goods will be accepted, provided that the conditions of the same are equal to the new one and the cost will be reimbursed.

To exercise the right of withdrawal and start the practice of return of goods is sufficient to contact customer service (we recommend keeping the order number at hand to speed up the procedure).

The contract of sale between the Customer and Ikuart is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Rome.
